Smartie Pants in Mablethorpe is recruiting a level 2/3 term time-only Early Years practitioner to support them in their busy early years setting. Hours are between 9-3 pm and is a 20-hour contract.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans for young children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities
- Observe and assess children's progress and communicate with parents or guardians
- Collaborate with other practitioners and parents to create a cohesive learning environment
- Maintain a clean and organised environment

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting ideal
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Familiarity with the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to the individual needs of each child
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children
