**Job Objectives and Responsibilities**

To provide and deliver an accurate and efficient customer focused ER Administration Service to all current Mitie employees and future Mitie employees, ensuring SLA's and compliance are maintained across a wide range of queries.

**Main Duties**
- To provide a high level of ER administration service to all line managers
- To manage the ER inbox and flag areas of risk
- To triage the ER cases in line with the ER case matrix to the appropriate team
- To supporting line managers with Employee Relations documentation and working with Employee Relations Advisors to ensure the documentation is accurate and detailed
- To complete SARS in line with legislation
- To manage a case load of ER Administration tickets such as Death In Service cases and redundancy calculations
- To maintain good working relationships with all other teams within People Support and the wider HR community to ensure a first class service is provided to all stakeholders
- To understand and comply with policies and procedures
- To ensure the service provided is in line with Mitie's policies and procedures and is compliant with relevant legislation
- To attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as required
- To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required

**Person Specification**
- Previous experience within a HR Administration role
- Basic understanding of HR Policy and procedures (Highly Desirable but not essential)
- GCSE or equivalent standard in English and Maths
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proficiency in SAP HR/Payroll system or other recognised HR database preferred however not essential
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workload and use own initiative to ensure results
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to delivering excellent customer service to stakeholders inline with SLA's and KPI's
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong team player - willing to assist others
- Desirable to have experience of mail merges and VLOOKUP's
- Well organised, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage competing demands
- Resilient - able to work under pressure
- Excellent organisational skills
- Flexible and adaptable
- Team player with a can-do attitude
- Process orientated with a keen eye for detail
