**Operations Co-ordinator **for our well established, progressive client based in the Newcastle under Lyme.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong administrator to join a friendly and welcoming team. This role is predominately responsible for the admin of the company's operation function and the communication between departments to ensure a streamlined daily running.

**Salary**:£24000

**Working hours**:Permanent position, 37.5 hours per week. M-F 8am - 4.30pm.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Monitor the day-to-day logistic operations from collection through to delivery for allocated transport lanes.
- Update the Company system with any changes, advise customers (internal and external) and logistics providers accordingly.
- Process purchase invoices and invoice queries associated with allocated transport lanes (Purchase Ledger).
- Assist with Transport planning and forward finalised schedules accordingly.
- Sending out of weekly sales invoices and proformas for allocated transport lanes (Sales Ledger).
- Reconciliation on supplier statements.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong administration background.
- Ability to prioritise workload efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High level of organisational skills.
