The role is for 10 hours a week this will be split over 2 days and there is flexibility regarding the working days that is agreed by both parties. You will be working as part of the office team which is a busy but friendly office.

Overview:
Duties over the month shared weekly include:

- Reconcile Bank Accounts / Credit Card & Petty Cash for the cash
- Nominal Code Recs
- Inputting Private Invoices into SAGE 4
- Prepayments & Accruals
- Inputting Monthly Supplier Invoices into SAGE
- Payroll Journal ( payroll outsourced to external agency)
- Bank Receipts recorded in spreadsheet
- Set up payments from Bank, Pay invoices/bills
- Inputting Cheque payments - Post Office Depositing
- ADHOC (filing, archiving, Council Invoices, P32 payment)
- ADHOC (meter readings sent to Landlord, Alarm System service recording, Franking Machine Management, Queries, ONS Surveys, Petty Cash Replenishment).

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Sage, other accounting software and Excel/Word
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills to liaise with clients and colleagues
