To work within a team to deliver an efficient and effective high quality support service to vulnerable women, men and their children with complex needs ( Domestic Abuse, Substance misuse, mental health issues, etc.) ensuring outcomes are met in line with the local authority contract requirements.

Enable and empower the people that Stori supports to shape the direction of their lives, aim to develop new skills, greater independence and take control of their rights and responsibilities.

Applicants must be able to prove their right to work in the UK.

Stori supports people who find themselves in situations that mean they can’t or don’t know how to live safely. We help them find their feet, reach goals and find independence. Sometimes it’s about sharing a new approach. Sometimes it’s by finding somewhere safe to live. Sometimes it’s through a range of services that are tailored to each individual situation. Stori (previously known as Hafan Cymru) has been doing this for over thirty years, helping men, women and families to build the confidence to make the changes they need to, so that they can lead the positive life everyone has a right to hope for.
