Job Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. If you have strong communication skills and organisational abilities, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate individual
- Provide accurate information to callers regarding company services
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage incoming and outgoing post
- Assist with various clerical tasks as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is desired but not necessary
- Proficient in using Microsoft word

Pay: £21,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 20/05/2024
