**Overall Job Purpose / Role Purpose:
**The Role
You will be building, optimising and reporting using many platforms (including but not limited to):

- Google Ads
- Microsoft Advertising
- Facebook Ads
- Twitter Ads
- LinkedIn
- Our in-house Business Intelligence tools

**Key Responsibilities**
- Creation of Paid Advertising campaigns (including Search, Display, Video & Social) on behalf of our client base
- On-going account management, optimisation and pro-active recommendations to clients.
- Regular meetings/catch-up calls with clients to ensure agreed KPIs are met/exceeded.
- Liaising with wider marketing and account teams to support the planning, execution, monitoring and reporting of paid marketing campaigns
- Working on a variety of Paid Marketing accounts with a wide range of budgets and using these budgets to drive the highest possible ROI for our clients.
- Ensure online paid marketing campaigns are successful in terms of performance, results and budgetary expenditure.
- Take full ownership of your customers with responsibility of each strategic goal, budget management and auditing campaigns.
- Hands-on launching and optimisation of campaigns in Google Ads and Facebook Ads across a variety of international regions, including UK, Europe & MENA
- Participate in forming effective paid search/paid social strategies.
- Ensuring you can manage your workload and prioritise to deliver excellent service, operating within tight deadlines, delivering results on time and to plan.
- Facilitate & embed any strategic objective(s) that may be requested by line management or directors of the business.
- Actively research and keep up-to-date with paid marketing trends.
- Ensure efficiencies through effective time management and other key KPIs.
- Ensure all SLAs and/or contractual agreements with suppliers/partners/customers are adhered to, responding to all requests in a quick, clear and effective manner.
- Demonstrate innovation and pro-activeness every day, with team and your customers.
- Adapting to new software and processes internally, suggesting improvements to increase efficiency.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing within the team to a high standard, communicating results or helpful tips.
- Being responsible for information security and data protection, and supporting the business in complying with any legal obligations imposed upon it through positive actions.

**Technical Competencies**:

- Data-driven and able to quickly translate large data sets into short, but meaningful analyses.
- High-level understanding of Paid Marketing principles and metrics.
- Understanding of scope and limitations of automotive retail environment.
- Ideally Google Ads Certified for:

- Search
- Display
- Video
- Performance Ads
- Measurement
- Meta Blueprint Certified
- Experience using Data Studio and/or other Business Intelligence/reporting suites.
- Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)
- Knowledge and understanding of ISO27001
