**BoostOnline is offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled and passionate individual with 3+ years of Paid Media experience, preferably in an agency setting, to become a valuable member of our growing team.**

**In this hands-on role, the**

**reporting of campaigns, as well as the cultivation and management of client**

**relationships. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and effective**

**time management are key attributes we are seeking.**

**Responsibilities include**:
**Client Communication**:

- Communicate with clients to understand their business goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide regular updates on campaign performance and present insights or recommendations.

**Campaign Strategy**:

- Develop and implement paid search strategies that align with client objectives.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.

**Campaign Setup and Management**
- Create and set up paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others.
- Develop ad copy, creatives, and landing page recommendations.
- Manage budgets, bids, and targeting to optimise campaign performance.

**Keyword Management**:

- Perform ongoing keyword research to discover new opportunities and refine existing keyword lists.
- Monitor and adjust keyword bids based on performance and budget constraints.

**Ad Copy and Creative Development**:

- Write compelling ad copy that aligns with the campaign goals.
- Test and iterate on ad creatives to improve click-through rates and conversion rates.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyse campaign performance data using platforms like GA4, GTM, Supermetrics, Google Data Studio and other reporting tools.
- Generate regular reports highlighting key performance metrics and insights.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for campaign optimisation.

**Optimisation and Testing**:

- Continuously optimise campaigns based on performance data.
- Bid strategy testing.

**Stay Informed About Industry Trends**:

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and changes in paid search platforms.

**Budget Management**:

- Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximise ROI.
- Monitor spending patterns and adjust budgets as needed.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other team members, such as content creators, designers, and developers, to align paid search efforts with broader marketing strategies.

**Adherence to Best Practices**:

- Stay informed about best practices in paid search and implement them in campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and policies.
