In our Hastings Branch we have a vacancy for a Front of house (face to face) Office/Administration Co-ordinator.

Knowledge of the Glass and Glazing industry would be an advantage

The role will consist of day to day enquiries - walk-ins/telephone enquiries. A meticulous approach to keeping records/invoicing/pricing/ordering/liaison with suppliers/customers/staff members (in our Hastings Head Office) is a must have.

A proven track record of excellent communications skills/literacy/numeracy skills and many years of experience in a ‘similar’ role would be essential. A confident telephone manner and ability to work off of your own initiative must be attributed to this role.

You may be working in a similar role ‘front office counter sales’ within the construction industry where you are handling day to day enquiries and more specifically the attention to detail to ascertain how to deal with the enquiry, ie ‘new enquiry/new appointment/on-going enquiry(works)/payments-card transactions/liaison with suppliers to obtain quotations.

Aswell as the high volume of telephone enquiries, you will be expected to handle all online enquiries.

**Salary**: From £19,000.00 per year
