About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Coach to join our team at Lifetime Training Ltd. As a Hospitality Coach, you will play a key role in developing the professionals of the future, shaping the changing face of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver the apprenticeship standard to learners in the hospitality sector
  • Provide support, guidance, and motivation to help learners achieve career-building qualifications
  • Help learners develop transferable skills in Maths and English, as needed
  • Manage your own admin and work independently
Requirements
  • Recent professional experience gained at Supervisor or Management level in a hospitality setting
  • NVQ at level 2 in Hospitality
  • Extensive, relevant vocational experience in a Hotel environment at supervisor level, including one or more of the following role categories: Reception, Front Office, Housekeeping, food & beverage, food production
  • Experience of working in high demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and self-motivation skills
  • GCSEs English and Maths (C or above or key skills equivalent)
