Job Overview:
The Figaro Shop are seeking a dynamic parts assistant to join our team in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of our parts department.
Working directly for the Parts Manager you will be responsible for managing the sourcing and supplying of vehicle parts, managing customer enquiries to a very high level on an on-going basis, leading on all aspects of our digital framework to ensure all parts belonging to The Figaro are successfully showcased within our website. Working as an effective team member work collaboratively to achieve part sales, profit objectives and maintain an analytical and well-organised mindset by overseeing the management of all parts and consumable stock
**Customer Focus**
With a customer-orientated mindset support the Purchasing Manager in the procurement of parts through record keeping, maintaining accurate documentation, negotiating with suppliers on price and lead-times to ensure parts are available for figaro.
Working in a timely manner, well organised with a high attention to detail ensure customer enquiries are answered promptly and each query/question managed through to completion.
Due to the nature of our work and with customers very often being shown around it is a prerequisite that all work areas are maintained to a high level ensuring the parts storage area is kept clean and tidy and safe to work in.
**Sales**
Parts volume, to actively achieve agreed parts sales volume targets and maximise incremental sales opportunities. Maximise profit through volume and with the use of parts profit, actively achieve agreed parts profit targets and optimises all sales opportunities.
**Technical**
Working within the digital world and working to a set of clear technical deliverables, manage the parts database on show (via our website) for our customers, allowing a greater level of upskilling and sales achievement. Digitally enhanced work with all our technical focus will be completed with the use of a company owned camera, where this use and its images will require careful editing making them suitable for the company’s use for customer and internal purposes.
Utilising your sound knowledge of vehicle layout, parts catalogues and computer stock lists, there is an on-going requirement to ensure our pricing structures are kept up-to-date, and that stock control is always secure and well maintained

**What to expect**:

This role is Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm. Office Based in Didcot.
