What you'll do

As an Insight Consultant with Nectar360, you will play a critical role in managing the delivery of insight consultancy projects to clients and generating new consultancy opportunities. You will establish and develop relationships with key accounts, using your expertise to identify consultancy needs and propose suitable solutions. By collaborating with internal stakeholders such as analytics and market research teams, you will frame client issues and recommend appropriate analysis techniques within the context of Sainsbury’s trading. Additionally, you will be responsible for building a project pipeline, writing proposals, and costing briefs for strategic clients. As a leader within the Data & Insight team, you will actively contribute to cross-team initiatives, share knowledge, and provide guidance to junior members. Your commercial acumen will be essential in managing the Data & Insights Consultancy revenue and developing effective cross-functional relationships to align consultancy strategies with the client's annual plan. Throughout the process, you will ensure high-impact delivery of consultancy projects, taking ownership of end-to-end project execution, coordinating with analysts and market research teams, and utilising data storytelling techniques to communicate insights effectively. Furthermore, you will collaborate with Media Planning and Commercial teams to provide valuable solutions for clients and raise the visibility of Data & Insights across Nectar360.

As an Insight Consultant for Nectar360's Data & Insight team, you are a highly knowledgeable and strategic professional with a passion for uncovering insights and delivering impactful consultancy projects to clients. With your expertise in managing supplier relationships and developing key account strategies, you drive the identification of consultancy opportunities and build long-term relationships with strategic clients. Leveraging your strong analytical skills and collaboration with internal stakeholders, you effectively frame client issues and propose suitable next steps, ensuring the delivery of high-impact projects. Your commercial acumen and understanding of the wider business context enable you to align consultancy strategies with Sainsbury's priorities and contribute to the overall client annual plan. As a leader, you inspire and develop junior team members, while your cross-functional relationships and visibility initiatives elevate the profile of Data & Insights within Nectar360.
