We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager for a fashion brand in West London. This stylish brand is known internationally and have a strong client base to include celebrities. This role would suit a motivated manager ready for a new challenge.

You will understand the importance of a personal 1-2-1 service to your customers and drive these standards through your team all day.

What we want in our new Assistant Manager:

- Managing personal customer service and selling.
Managing people, training and coaching.
- Striving to achieve sales targets and kpi's.
- Making commercial decisions and overseeing visual merchandising.
- Driving retail and operational standards.
- Being aware of trade reports, competitor analysis and fashion trends.
- Building relationships with head office and your store manager.

We are looking for a well presented, retail manager with experience in all of the above. This role would suit an existing Floor Manager, Department Manager or Assistant Manager seeking a new challenge. On offer is the chance to work with an internationalbrand. Experience is essential in premium fashion, accessories, jewellery, watches, footwear or beauty.

We can offer a competitive salary of up to £27,000, plus bonus, commission and a generous product allowance.
