Job description:
Our client is a progressive, independent Lettings Agency based in Nottingham, who have an opening for an experienced Property Manager to join their professional team.
With a great emphasis on customer satisfaction, great communication skills and an organised approach are essential.
Duties will include
- Developing lasting relationships with clients
- Overseeing the Lettings Consultant
- Preparing new tenancy documents
- Identifying and developing new business leads
- Booking and working towards undertaking lettings valuations
- Producing and implementing ways of increasing the profitability of the portfolio
- Instructing mid-tenancy repairs
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation across the portfolio
- Liaising with landlords and tenants to resolve issues quickly
- Completing check out reports and settling deposit disputes
- Assisting with general office duties as directed by your line manager

Hours of work:
Hours: Mon-Fri 9.00am - 5.30pm, Saturdays on rota 9:00am - 4:00pm
Salary and benefits:
Basic negotiable to c£25k
