**Customer Service Apprentice to work within the Property Department of a Solicitors in Liverpool City Centre**
**Working week is Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 5.00pm £184.80 per week. (Based on 35 Hours)**
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- To attend clients on the telephone and to provide such communication in a professional and friendly manner
- Ensure the confidentiality of all Practice and client documentation and information
- Administer the opening and closing of client files in accordance with the detailed procedures
- Administer filing systems which will include the updating and monitoring of the fields on each computerised file
- Carry out duties set by the fee earner in a professional and friendly manner in keeping with the Practice’s standards for service
- Deal with administrative property related tasks such as, but not limited to registrations and requisitions
- Update and maintain records on external portals and prepare correspondence from company digital dictation system.
**Desired Skills**:
- Confident in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word Typing experience would be desirable
- Good telephone manner along with good communication skills
- High level of attention to detail when completing tasks

- Able to prioritise workload and use initiative
**Desired Qualifications**:
GCSE in Maths & English (Level 4 or Grade C & above)
