**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
- A description of our home and what type of house is it? Primrose gardens is an extra care service which we deliver a range of care, Personal care, medication support, help with preparing food, light cleaning duties. Etc. Secure with fob access through to flats. Hairdressers and a dance studio and café Which residents get discount.
- We are proud of the building that we work in and the work we do to ensure people remain independent and safe in their own home.
- We like to provide a range of activities like Bingo, chess, we are lucky enough to have a dance studio on site, so we have a lot of the community coming in for dance classes.
- **What are our interests? **Keeping people active as possible and getting most out of life.
- **What are our aspirations**? Allowing people to live their lives the way they choose, with help along the way.
- **How do we like to explore our local communities?** Social time put in place for people we support. Explore in and around Chorley.
- **How many colleagues are on shift at any one time? **There are 3 CIC staff on during day, Mon**-**Fri 9-5 there is also council staff on premisses. At night Only one CIC staff and One security staff.
- **What shifts do you work on? **We cover Primrose gardens 24 hours a day. Shift can range from 11 - 12hrs per day depending on the contract
