Overview:
**Duties**:

- Manage a busy shared inbox and delegate tasks accordingly.
- Organise and schedule appointments in a shared outlook calendar.
- Plan meetings and take details minutes in order to feedback to the client.
- Support to maintain an effective online filing system including live, multipurpose documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documents detailing ongoing projects to ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage incoming business enquiries in a timely manner, responding to clients appropriately and adhering to a set timeline of events.
- Submit weekly site reports to senior staff and clients using company templates.
- Handle sensitive company information in a secure manner.
- Support the day-to-day running of sites through supporting project and site managers.
- Submit weekly gate intents to ensure staff can attend secure sites with ease.
- Support project and site managers through ordering and hiring relevant equipment in a timely manner.
- Support on site staff by booking travel and hotel arrangements.

**Experience**:

- Demonstratable experience co-ordinating administrative activities within a busy fast-pace environment
- Demonstrable experience with producing reports and spreadsheets with attention to detail at all times
- Demonstrable experience in maintaining and administering office systems to support the organisation within the team
- Demonstrable experience dealing with sensitive and secure information
- Demonstrable experience producing purchase orders and dealing with invoices
- Demonstrable experience using MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Projects
- Demonstrable experience supporting multiple projects and prioritising effectively

Abilities:
Strong technical skills and confidence in navigating platforms and websites with ease

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities

Attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities
- Communicate effectively across a wide range of people, in both verbal and written forms
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and client base
- Motivated and committed to personal and professional development
- Demonstrated abilities to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
