There are two positions, one in Hull and one in Wellingborough.

**Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a Training Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

- Creation of engaging training materials and resources that support learner engagement and knowledge transfer which will include but is not limited to videos, presentations, handouts, workbooks, Quizzes, training feedback forms.
- Participate in supporting and delivering blended learning and development programmes for all levels in Customer Services.
- Liaise with National Account Managers in order to create external training to clients and repairers for on and offsite delivery.
- Liaising with Line Managers at all sites to effectively identify, schedule and deliver training solutions participation in all aspects of internal and external training preparation, recording and analysis alongside other administration duties as required.
- Drive continuous improvement of employee satisfaction using internal and external feedback from customers and colleagues to seek opportunities for enhancing training content.
- Periodically report on training programme effectiveness and success.
- Liaise with IT to source, develop and manage an effective training management platform.
