We are currently looking for a part time Female Support Worker for a lady in the Skegness area.

At County Care, you’ll embark on a career adventure like no other, with dedicated training opportunities along the way to develop your skills as a Support Worker and beyond.

As a Support Worker, you’ll deliver excellent care and support, celebrate achievements, encourage fun and creativity and engage directly with our wider community. You may be required to undertake any training that is considered necessary and appropriate to your role.
- Have a genuine interest in supporting people. You should be able to provide high quality care and support as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
- You need to be able to use your initiative and assist with achieving personal goals and promoting daily independence.
- You should be hardworking, reliable, honest, and patient and be truly committed to the role.
- Experience in a caring role is desirable but not essential.
