We are seeking a motivated and proactive Personal Assistant / Design Assistant who has a love for interior design & furniture. You will be part of a professional team that works collaboratively to ensure that all members of the management team are constantly supported to a high level.

As PA / Design Assistant, you will bridge the link between creative employees and Admin/Sales. This is a senior role for someone with effective communication, innovation, high-level design problem-solving and accuracy - ensuring that all products and experiences are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

**Location**: Witney, office based.

**Job Role**

You will primarily support our design director, by providing a high level of administrative support in an independent and self-managed capacity.

**Essential Skills Required**
- Strong Communication
- Attention to detail.
- Liaising with other members of staff in both the UK and Asia.
- Handling & responding to all correspondence.
- Proficient in Excel, word & the adobe suite (illustrator and photoshop)
- Experience using formulas in excel & calculating margins.
- Preparing Expense Reports
- Making travel & hotel arrangements.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Able to be flexible as and when this is required.
- Confident and enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude
- Experienced personal assistant familiar with working in a fast-moving environment and happy to take on private personal assistant work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Primarily support our Design Director, by providing a high level of administrative support.
- Assist with new business development initiatives.
- Manage our server and ensure all drawings, images etc are filed correctly.
- Customer liaison: Create folders for customers and make sure they are fully updated.
- The movements of the senior management team need to be communicated to the relevant people.
- Accurately place new orders - Bridge the gap between the design and service - ensure everyone is aware of the new orders. Our stock reports are essential.
- Plan and manage internal and external events such as exhibitions, trade shows, and launch events.
- Assist in setting up the trade shows.
- Ability to juggle several design projects at the time.
- Time management and accuracy is key.
- Analysing the latest trends within furniture
- Analysing the latest trends within furniture manufacture & materials used.
- Filling out price quotes accurately.
- Ability to check formulas and margins.
- Working with existing admin team
- Liaison with Sales Team and Commercial/Sales Director
- Assist/liaise with production and company catalogue.
- Provide images to clients.
- Ensure IP protected at all times in imagery files.
- Assist admin team, collaborative working for common goals.
