Bathroom Designer

We have a new opportunity for a Bathroom Sales Designer to join a luxury showroom in Witney on a full time, permanent basis. You will be joining a highly respected and successful business, which has been running for over 57 years. You will primarily be responsiblefor carrying out the designing and quoting of bathroom products and installation projects, as well as managing sales projects from beginning to end.

You will be responsible for:

- Ensuring the customer experience when visiting the showroom is second to none
- Dealing with prospective and existing clients in person in the showroom and via the telephone
- Assisting with answering the main telephone line in the absence of the Receptionist and Administrators
- Producing quotes, taking into account customers design constraints
- Taking deposits and issuing receipts
- Liaising with the admin staff in order to process the orders in a timely manner
- Liaising with warehouse staff, occasionally arranging deliveries
- Assisting clients who are collecting goods they have ordered, sorting out the delivery paperwork
- Assisting clients by going on site, surveying visits to measure up their room/s and gathering relevant information
- Assisting clients by utilising 3D room planning software
- Producing initial installation quotes
- Liaising with the installation team to ensure products quoted are suitable for a client's room
- Assisting in the upkeep of the showroom, selling ex-display and discounted products, making the Showroom Manager aware of any snagging requirements
- Being aware of new products coming into the market place from the suppliers
- Continuous development of product knowledge
- Being aware of special offers/terms occasionally offered by suppliers in order to be as competitive as possible when producing quotes
- Attending supplier/manufacturer product training and launch days as required

You must be/have:

- Experienced of the bathroom industry
- Reasonable knowledge of general plumbing
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate at all levels
- Able to sell
- An excellent telephone manner
- A driven personality with a desire to succeed

Hours of work: Monday - Saturday 8.30am - 5.00pm
