**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**

You will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring all KPI’s and productivity levels are maintained in line with company targets, ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to.

This is a full-time opportunity working 37.5 hours per week on a 6 month fixed term contract.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Experience in leading and motivating staff.
- Be an excellent communicator and motivator with the ability to delegate and empower teams to achieve.
- Awareness of Health and Safety in the Warehouse.
- The ability to lead your team to achieve KPI’s and objectives to ensure the site operates effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to co-ordinate work and allocate resources amongst the team.
- Experience in Warehouse Management Systems would be an advantage.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Willing to work in all area’s of the warehouse and prioritise as per operational requirements.
- Commitment - sees the job through to completion.
- Be able to cover the Supervisor role when required.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

**Essential**
- Experience in a Warehouse environment within a Distribution background.
- Good organisational skills.
- Ability to co-ordinate works and allocates resources amongst team.
- Commitment - sees the job through to completion.

**Desirable**
- Experience in Warehouse Management Systems would be an advantage.

SKILLS/ ABILITIES

**Essential**
- Team Leader skills, leading and motivating staff.
- An awareness of Health and Safety in the warehouse.

- Flexible attitude to working hours and willing to do overtime when necessary
- Proactive/self starter/self-motivated
- High levels of common sense
