Rhenus Home Delivery provides a 2-person home delivery service to customers around the UK. We offer quality, professionalism, reliability and excellent service when dealing with our customers.

We are currently looking to recruit a number of Forklift Truck Drivers across a variety of shifts who are available to start as soon as possible based at our depot in Magna Park, Lutterworth.

**About the role**

As a FLT Driver, you will play a vital role in our operations. Your main responsibility will be operating forklift trucks to pick, move, load, and unload goods within the warehouse. In addition to forklift driving, you will be expected to perform other duties around the warehouse as and when required. These duties may include, but are not limited to:

- Picking and packing orders with precision and efficiency.
- Ensuring the safe and secure handling of products to minimise damage.
- Collaborating with the team to maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines and protocols.
- Lifting heavy and bulky items.
- Using IT equipment to complete paperwork and record keeping.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure all tasks meet high standards and align with company policies and procedures.

**Skills & requirements**

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

- Right to work in the UK.
- Valid and in-date VNA or Reach Truck Forklift licenses.
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment with forklift operation.
- Ability to work any 5 days out of 7.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work.
- Must be able to and comfortable to handle heavy/bulky items.

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent (37.5 hours)

**Available Shift patterns**: AM - 6 am to 2 pm, PM - 2 pm to 10 pm OR Nights 10 pm to 6 am. At the moment this role is Monday to Friday only, however to be successful for this role, you must be flexible to work any 5 days out of 7 as required.

**Rate of pay**: £11.50 - £12.50 per hour, depending on shift pattern
