We provide support and meaningful opportunities to a range of adults with additional support needs, including learning disabilities, complex health needs and autism, to help individuals achieve their goals and fulfilling and meaningful lives.

The position is 36 hours a week, mainly support based.

The position is to:

- support with the day to day running of the house and to manage and supervise staff
- create and implement risk assessments when required
- to ensure care of clients is to a high standard, and that clients are treated with dignity and respect
- ensure that support plans and company protocols, policies and procedures are followed by all staff
- addressing any concerns as they arise
- being the first point of contact when staff request to change rotas and ensuring all shifts are covered
- reviewing and ensuring record keeping is to a good standard
- ensuring Important Information Sheets are actioned on and signed off
- supporting the clients in the house and to access the community

Skills required:

- Experience in support people with Learning Disabilities
- Positive ethos, attitude, and passion for providing gold standard care
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate others
- Good English, numeracy and digital skills
- Good project management and organisational skills
- Ability to work and communicate with a variety of people
- Achieved minimum Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care, or be willing to work towards
- Full driver's license

The position is full time (36 hours per week) and will include some On Call time on a rota basis. Applicants must be flexible.
