Contrats Manager

A leading demolition contractor is currently seeking a contracts manager to oversee multiple projects in the North West and Yorkshire.

**Responsibilities**:
? Responsible for overseeing the execution of multiple demolition projects, with travel across multiple sites.

? Implementation of company safety, health, environmental and quality procedures ensuring statutory compliance across all projects.

? Assist other management in the overall planning and supervision of projects.

? Monitor site progress, and attend regular progress meetings with our clients and their team.

? Maintain a strong working relationship with our clients.

? Produce suitable risk assessments and method statements prior to project commencement

? Ensure staff are kept up to date with current legislation and training needs in line with company???s objectives

? Assist other management in the overall planning and supervision of projects.

? Monitor site progress, and attend regular progress meetings with our clients and their team.

? Maintain a strong working relationship with our clients.

Skills & Competencies Required

? Have experience in sub-contractor management.

? Ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently.

? Ability to demonstrate tact, diplomacy, discretion, and maturity with people at all levels.

? Highly organised with the ability to work in a pressurised environment

? Effective communicator, influencer & relationship builder

? The written communication skills to produce concise correspondence and reports

? Ability to identify own development needs

? Good communication skills

? Demonstrate best practices at all times.

Essential

? CCDO demolition managers qualification.

? Minimum of 5 years of contract management experience in a demolition environment.

? Experience in project planning, cost, quality, and safety management.

? Knowledge of the Construction Industry and items of heavy plant

? Ability to be methodical and flexible in approach to tasks
