Additional division HVACiQ - Energy efficiency improvement in air conditioning equipment

We help our customers to:

- To be water efficient by installing water efficient products into their commercial buildings to reduce water consumption
- To be energy efficient by installing Chemsonic into their air conditioning systems to reduce energy consumption, unique product

What we do:

- Work with Water companies, Energy Consultants and direct customers
- Know the best products to achieve water and energy efficiency for our customers and their buildings
- Physically survey sites and report back with a proposal for costs, savings and payback
- Install and commission the equipment
- Monitor the buildings water consumption and the air con equipment before and after our install with data loggers
- Expand our water efficient services to additional water companies, we plan to be the leading experts of water efficiency install company in the UK
- Collate and interrogate water bills and identify further savings

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Support Administrator to join the H2o Family. The Project Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative and analytical support to our project and customer team and ensuring the smooth running of operational activities. This is a crucial role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

- Assist with the project works planning and coordination
- Checking of customer data
- Coordinate and book project works and installations
- Audit the data to check installations have been completed
- Audit and check job compliance
- Perform data entry tasks to the project system

- Proficient in computerised systems
- Previous administrative experience is preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
