**Introduction to the role of the team**
The Learning Inclusion Service is seeking to appoint a dynamic and driven person to join the Vulnerable Learners Service.
**Your role**
**Front line**
You will have excellent communication skills and be a team player. You will be motivated and a critical thinker with the ability to understand the needs of your customers.
**What you will bring to the role**
You will need the ability to work to tight and often conflicting deadlines, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to build positive relationships with parents, children, and other agencies and the ability to plan, evaluate and prioritise work with children and families and manage your own workload.
Ability to listen effectively on the phone and in person
