Elevation Recruitment Group HR are working with a successful FMCG business in the Pontefract area. They require a HR Advisor to join their fast paced team. This is a pure generalist HR role, with a strong focus on ER issues. You will be reporting the HR Manager and will have excellent career opportunities due to the company being part of a larger group. As a HR Advisor your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Dealing with HR queries relating to all aspects of HR
- ER related matters including grievance and disciplinaries
- Sickness and Attendance management, and liaising with occupational health
- Assist the HR Manager with projects
- Coach HR Coordinators and line managers on how to deal with HR related matters affectively

The right person for this HR Advisor role will have the following attributes:

- At least 2 years' experience in a HR Advisor role or above, preferably in an FMCG/Manufacturing/Logistics/Distribution environment
- Ideally you will have CIPD level 3 or above
