**Job Title**: Quality Administrator

**Pay Rate**: Competitive

**Duration**: 6 months FTC

**Location**: Stafford Road, Wolverhampton, WV10 7EH

**Shift Patterns**: Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm office based

**Start date**: ASAP

**Duties**:

- General administrative duties within the Quality team.
- Provide Quality interface between Operations, Quality / Clinics and SQA Engineers.
- Facilitate Quality Clinic triages.
- Support Clinic lead and Triage team in processing the parts and releasing the parts from the clinic.
- Be accountable for the stock in the clinic.
- Interface with Operations and Supply Chain teams for all Clinic related Quality issues.
- Ensure full containment of all quality related issues is executed as required.
- Inspect Parts and prepare data packs for the QNs.
- Support Quality Engineers in RRCA when and as required.
- Draft Concession and production permits.
- Ensure 5S within the clinic.
- Degree Qualified (Preferred but not essential).
- Proven experience as a Quality Administrator.
- Previous experience within Quality Assurance is beneficial.
- Experience of working in a technical or product related environment.
- Ability to prepare concise reports, including charts.
- Experience within an administrative role.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint)**.**:

- Excellent communicator and co-ordinator.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to address requests from stakeholders.
- Ability to manage effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Has a good understanding of AS9100/ ISO9001 requirements and how they may be achieved through the Quality Management System.
