**Hygiene Operative 2024**

**Salary**:£11.44 per hour

**Working pattern**:Mondays
- Fridays (with some Saturdays) 20 hours per week 3pm until 8pm.

**Job details**:Part time, permanent

**The Role**:
As a Hygiene Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of factory areas, machinery, and equipment, ensuring that all hygiene standards are met. This is a critical role within our food production facility, as it directly impacts the quality and safety of our products.

This is a perfect role for a meticulous and proactive individual who takes pride in their work.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Perform daily cleaning tasks according to schedule.
- Clean processing equipment and production lines to meet required standards, verified through sample testing.
- Conduct deep cleaning of production areas as per the cleaning schedule.
- Conduct post-cleaning checks to ensure thorough completion.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with Production Operative team members
- Ensure accurate completion of all required paperwork.
- Adhere to company procedures for Health & Safety and Hygiene in all tasks.
- Report any incidents or environmental concerns promptly to the line manager.
- Safely handle and use chemicals as required.
- Perform environmental cleaning of production areas, including floor cleaning, equipment cleaning, and waste disposal.
- Ensure the safety, legality, and GMP standards of production and welfare facilities.
- Address cleanliness issues promptly as they arise.
