**PMO Lead, 6 months,
- 500 daily rate, Outside IR35, Hybrid / Milton Keynes.**

Parity Group are delighted to partner with our client, a public sector organisation, who is looking to recruit an **PMO Lead **on a **6-month contract basis**. The role will have a **hybrid approach**, being required to report to the client site located at **Milton Keynes**.

You will receive a competitive **daily rate of
- 500 **and the contract will see you **Outside IR35.**

At this role you will lead a team of planning and resourcing specialists and provide expertise on project management and planning.

**What will be your responsibilities?**
- Lead the Planning Office to build a highly motivated, high performing, efficient team that is empowered to deliver excellence.
- Bring to bear senior level project management and analytical skills to ensure consistency of planning, including resource planning, and optimisation of project performance.
- Maintain an overview of the current business portfolio to oversee and provide advice in respect of what the organisation is doing, will be doing and is capable of doing.
- Maintain and enhance effective relationships with internal customers to understand customer business requirements and ensure optimum support is available from the Planning Office.
- Advise on best practice for the use of technical solutions, develop scenario modelling, investigate and resolve data anomalies and maintain the integrity and efficiency of information sources.
