Iconic Resourcing HR are delighted to be working with a well-established, independent consulting firm who are looking to add an experienced HR Advisor to cover maternity leave within the team for 12 months. Supporting all the business areas, you will work closely with your HR Business Partners to provide HR advice and guidance to cover all aspects of operational HR. An extremely varied and busy role

Day to day you will provide advice and support to both employees and people managers around policies and general HR queries, manging employee relations cases from end to end which may include conduct, absence management or performance cases. You will also assist with refining key HR processes and procedures to include inductions and exit interviews, coordinating relevant correspondence with HR Assistants.

Alongside this you will assist the HR Business Partners with cyclical processes e.g., annual pay and bonus reviews, facilitate skills development sessions with the wider business and provide support to implement change management initiatives. There will also be an opportunity to undertake adhoc project work and to support the Recruitment team/process when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
