**THE COMPANY**:
**Brewster Partners**are working in exclusive partnership with an East Yorkshire based e-commerce business who are looking to recruit a Commercial Director in what will be a brand new position within the business.

Based in Hull and established over 20 years, the business are privately owned and have a turnover of around £10 million.

They supply a niche and bespoke product range across the UK and Worldwide.

**THE JOB**:
Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the E-Commerce Director, the role will oversee a medium sized team of around 50 people which will include; Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Purchasing and Production.

The products sold across the business are both unique and bespoke and you'll be adept at utilising a range of different routes to market across both the UK and worldwide.

You'll be able to work with the SLT to assess the facilities and process across the businesses, looking for what might need to be changed to things run more efficiently.

You'll also help promote the talent within the business, championing people and creating a structured management/supervisory team and being involved in regular meetings to discuss progress.

**THE PERSON**:
The person are looking for an experienced Commercial Director with a strong track record of working within SME businesses throughout their career and experience of e-commerce.

You'll need to be an excellent people manager and have strong hands-on experience of the ups and downs and running or being involved in running an SME.
