**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about spa services, packages, and promotions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa facilities, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and locker rooms
- Stock and replenish towels, linens, and other supplies as needed
- Assist guests with changing and provide necessary amenities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance the guest experience

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong selling skills with the ability to upsell services or products
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Organizational skills to manage appointments and maintain cleanliness of the spa
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, particularly English and Spanish

Pay: £27,040.00 per year
