An exciting opportunity has arisen within Ward 44, planned Care for a nursing auxiliary.
Ward 44 is a unique and newly formed 30 bedded combined unit consisting of Gastroenterology and Colorectal surgical specialties.
You will be joining a well motivated and dynamic multi-disciplinary team who strive to deliver the highest level of care.
As this unit is the only one of its kind in Scotland you will be part of a forward thinking unit and committed to team working that benefits the patient as well as improving their journey.

You must have effective communication and interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate your commitment to patient safety and confidentiality. An active interest in working within an acute hospital setting and the ability to rise to the challenge of working within a fast paced setting are essential. Experience within a health care setting is desirable but not essential as training will be provided. You will be expected to participate in any training required. You will be based in ward 44 but will be expected to rotate within the Planned Care Directorate as and when the service requires.
