We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic, outgoing and reliable new Parade Team Members to come and join us at our amazing independent Parade Cinema in Marlborough, where you can be part of a team who are all about providing the best customer experience around - Film - Friends - Food.

Opened in 2021, the Parade Cinema screens the latest blockbusters as well as a diverse mix of films from around the world. We live stream events, theatre, opera, ballet and concerts. We host the Marlborough Parade Family Festival (July 8th this year) and provide a premier event location in Marlborough for parties, family and business events. And we offer great food - all prepared inhouse, as well as sell a wide range of drinks and snacks to make an all round great customer experience.

What your role will involve

As a Parade Team Member you will be the face of The Parade Cinema, providing an excellent service to our customers to enhance their experience every time they step into our cinema. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of shifts throughout the week giving you a chance to learn about all aspects of our service and interact with customers and your team colleagues.

Your responsibilities will be varied and will include:

- serving and helping customers by meeting their needs and aiming to go above and beyond their expectations,
- acting as a host for events,
- making great coffees,
- selling tickets and advising on films and events,
- making cocktails and serving drinks, snacks and popcorn,
- cooking up great meals,
- organising stock,
- keeping the cinema clean and tidy,
- and using your expertise to provide guidance, support and training to other members of the team.

We offer a starting rate of pay at £11.00/hr with the opportunity for increase as you progress and develop your skills across the cinema. Benefits include:

- 28 days paid holiday; free film tickets; staff discounts; training in wines, beers and spirits; food tastings; subsidised food and free drinks while on shift; bonus potential; and a company pension scheme.

We are able to offer both part time and full time opportunities with shift times that range from 8.30/9am to midnight weekdays and weekends. Shift hours vary from 4-5hours up to 8, with some longer where required.

Experience of working in a customer service or hospitality environment would be useful, and barista, bar and/or kitchen experience is preferable, but is not essential as full training will be given. A 'can do' attitude and a passion for great customer service is a must.

- will develop a thorough working knowledge of all products and look for opportunities to promote and sell, including membership and food and drink,
- have the ability to work under their own initiative as well as to take direction from management when required,
- have a genuine and demonstrable interest in film and cinema.
