**Senior Product Designer**

**London (HYBRID WORKING 2 DAYS IN OFFICE)**

**Around £75K**

Are you looking for a Senior Product Designer role, working for a global trading and investment company, who have built a collaborative and inclusive team and prides itself on allowing its staff to develop and progress?

The Digital Experience and Design department is made up of product designers, UX writers, and researchers, all focused on creating the best user experience for our customers. We are part of the Marketing Group, working in an atmosphere that's more tech companythan financial services.

The Role:

- The entire design process and everything that it entails - i.e. UX, UI, prototyping
- Lead the design sprints/workshops that generate ideas for outcome focussed work
- Proactively observing and implementing learnings from user testing and research
- Working closely with PO/Tech lead to create a highly efficient delivery team.
- Designing workflows and detailed interactions that bring the experience to life.
- Work closely with PM and engineers as they build and release.
- Work with other designers to keep the Design system and UI consistent across our trading experience
- Experience in delivering the design of global products as part of a product team.
- Strong, thoughtful, and flexible design skills across web, android, and iOS
- An appetite for working with complexity, data, numbers, and forms.
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
- A broad set of design skills across all aspects of the design from research, human-centered design, and prototyping, to visualization.
- Drive to keep up with the emerging digital trends and culture
- Passion for innovating and creating the best UX and design.
- An impressive portfolio to demonstrate your design process and the impact that you have made.
