Band 3 Admin Assistant

MPA Recruitment are working in partnership with the local health and social care trust to recruit a band 3 Admin Assistant for the portadown area.
**JOB SUMMARY**
The post-holder will be required to provide an efficient and effective administrative support service including word processing of documents and diary management as required. In some roles this may include the accurate transcription of communications from audio tape. The post-holder may be the first point of contact for members of the public making enquiries both in person and by telephone. The post-holder will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of a robust filing system.
**Qualifications / Experience Required**
1. 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language or equivalent / higher qualification
**and **1 years’ experience in a clerical / administrative role
OR
2 years’ experience in a clerical / administrative role
2. Experience in the use of Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel or equivalent
**Hours of work**
Monday - Friday
37.5hrs per week
- **12 months initially, will be reviewed after with possibility of extension**_
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: £11.11 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
