**Salary**: £26,000 - £28,000
We are delighted to be working with a fantastic client who specialises in Travel as an Inbound Tour Operator/DMC with offices in London, Dublin, Florida, Monaco and Edinburgh. They are looking for a Marketing / Communications Co-ordinator to support the Company’s day to day internal and external communications. The role would involve liaising with the directors and senior managers throughout the group and working with the Sales and Marketing Team and the external Marketing Company.

**Key Skills**
- Highly Organised and able to multi -task- Attention to Detail and problem-solving skills- Understanding of marketing techniques- Working with our Marketing Agency (based in Argentina) - An Ability to speak Spanish- An understanding of the Travel and Events Industry- Knowledge of MS Office - Excel & PowerPoint or similar**Main Responsibilities of the Role**
- Liaison between the Directors / Senior Managers and the external Marketing Agency- Book, Co-ordinate and organise Trade Shows/ sales missions including stand design and display, literature, and travel arrangements.- Communication with our Marketing partner, suggest opportunities and assess work delivered by the partner.- Check the internal and external image of the company and ensure that all mediums relay the correct message.- Manage internal communications within the Group including intercompany correspondence, policies and compliance.- Schedule in house and external meetings- Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing and communication progress and plans- Overview of the external communications of the group and how we improve these and look at new mediums.- Scheduling & organizing internal meetings- General office tasks
