RULE is partnered with an established finance executive search business based in Mayfair which is looking to add four to their team.

The business has an excellent reputation and partners with clients such as Conde Nast, Marlin Equity Partners, Royal Mail, and GSK to name but a few.

Their specialty is placing CFOs and senior Finance Leaders into a range of sectors; roughly 80% of their work is with Private Equity companies and their Portfolio companies.

The Role

As a Research Analyst joining this business you would be responsible for market mapping and sourcing the aforementioned individuals.

**Other responsibilities include;**
- Attend client briefing meetings and take detailed notes on the client, their competitors, their benefits/package, skills required for the role, experience level, salary range that they will pay, interview process, point of contact throughout the processand when they hope to make the hire.
- You would need to note what their notice period is, salary expectations, asses their interest in the company and whether they would like to have their profile shared.
- Upon completion of the shortlist stage you would attend a client update call/meeting where the Partner presents the shortlist.

**The requirements;**
- 2:1/1st from a top university
- Minimum AAB at A-Levels
- Commercial experience is desirable (internships, placement year, post-university work experience)
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Exceptional work ethic and desire to excel
