**At a glance**
Reporting to the Warehousing Manager and indirectly to the Head of Account Management, as Warehouse & Account Coordinator you will be responsible for scoping and managing our new warehouse setups, then co-ordinating our sites to ensure they comply with Selazar standards. You will also provide excellent service to our customers. You will ensure our Warehouse Partners’ teams achieve results through efficient workplace planning, coaching and training. You will collaborate with departments across the business, being proactive to ensure the smooth running of the location.

**Salary**:Negotiable, depends on experience
**Work Pattern**:Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, on site (flexibility required)
**Areas of responsibility**
- Scope, plan and deploy new Partner warehouse locations.
- Visit Warehouse Partner sites on a rotational basis to ensure smooth operations in line with Selazar practices and procedures.
- Build long term, trusting client and partner relationships.
- Liaise with Selazar internal departments to provide data to integrate warehouse with Selazar WMS. Train and coach Partner warehouse employees on Selazar policies and procedures.
- Identify and communicate issues between third parties and internal Selazar teams to ensure swift and effective resolutions.
- In conjunction with our Warehouse Partner - Staff planning responsibilities, assign tasks and appraise results with Warehouse Partner’s key personnel.
- Monitor quality of services provided in Warehouse Partner sites to ensure in line with SLAs and communicate feedback to Warehousing Manager.
- Produce accurate reports in line with department requirements.
- Collaborate with Warehouse Partner’s sites to ensure compliance with Health & Safety and other governmental compliance regulations.
- Ensure all costs and revenue opportunities are captured.
- Actively seek to widen customer relations and grow the business.
**About You**
**Knowledge and abilities**
- Experience of warehouse operations.
- Experience in a customer facing environment and building long term customer relationships with an ability to work with clients in an open manner and find solutions to issues as they arise.
- Operational experience managing teams across multi sites.
- Demonstrable experience in achieving multiple KPIs / SLAs.
- A good understanding of ecommerce and logístical supply chains.
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to produce warehouse report and stock manifests.
- Experience of the methodology and operating of WMS systems
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills combined with a positive and can-do approach.
- Analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to manage time critical tasks.
- Full, driving licence (UK), ideally with a FLT licence.
