As we continue to grow, we seek a dynamic and experienced Security Team Leader to join our team. **Pay**:

- £12.50

**Shift - **4 on 4 off days and nights

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership**:
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of security personnel.

Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Security Operations:
Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols.

Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement appropriate measures.

Technology Integration:
Utilize and manage security technologies, including CCTV systems, access control systems, and alarms, to enhance overall security effectiveness.

Emergency Response:
Develop and implement comprehensive emergency response plans.

Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services as necessary.

Training and Development:
Provide ongoing training to security personnel on the latest security techniques and technologies.

Conduct regular drills to ensure a quick and efficient response to emergencies.

Risk Management:
Identify and assess potential security risks and develop strategies for mitigation.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance security measures.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Security Team Leader or in a similar leadership role.
- SIA licence
- Excellent understanding of emergency response procedures and risk management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimise theft or damage to inventory
- Utilize CCTV and surveillance systems to monitor warehouse activities

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a leadership role within a warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and strategies
- Proficiency in using CCTV and surveillance systems for monitoring purposes
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and other departments
