An exciting opportunity has arisen for a support worker to join our Campus of Care team, if you are a caring individual who is passionate about delivering person centred support and can make a positive impact in the lives of those, we support we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for dynamic support workers to support people with additional health care needs requiring a high level of care and support within their own home, and to support individuals to access their local community and support with various activities and outings such as swimming, attending church, going for walks, and engaging with others while attending social events within the complex.

The role of support worker will involve administration of medication, PEG care and feeding, oral suctioning, support to use a nebuliser, providing personal care, arranging, and attending appointments to meet the persons health care needs.

You will be supporting people with some additional physical needs which will involve moving and assisting, using equipment such as hoists and wheelchairs. As well as with people with limited /nonverbal communication and, those who may present with behaviours which could pose challenging for person centred engagement.

A driving licence is desirable.

**Salary**: £10.90-£11.83 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
