**About The Role**:
**About the role**:
We're looking for a Client Service Advisor to join our Occupational Health team on a full-time permanent basis, in Aberdeen. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will deliver a high standard of service to our Occupational Health clients.

**What you will do**:

- Attend and participate in internal and external client review meetings, acting as the primary escalation point.
- Ensure client services are delivered across the portfolios in line with contracts and expectations.
- Undertake any action points allocated to you and deliver to the timeframe specified by Account Management and OH Administration Manager.
- Own and develop client interface documents, supporting any clients that are utilising our internal portal.
- Regularly complete compliance reporting for assigned client portfolio, identifying any training requirements for Client Service Administrators.
- Manage the administration of medical bookings effectively and accurately for all companies in assigned Client Portfolio.

**About you**:

- Previous experience as an administrator within a client function, or client facing role.
- You will have strong commercial awareness and previous experience of coaching and mentoring.
- Hold excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You will be driven to deliver outstanding customer service, with the ability to develop relationships internally and externally.
- Demonstrate good problem-solving skills, ensuring your workload is prioritised and managed effectively.
