Commercial Collector

My client is looking for an experienced Credit controller with Commercial collection experience to maximise cash collections through the use of both inbound and pro-active outbound telephone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Negotiate early repayment of debt and update debtor management system for international and domestic debts.
- Provide clients with informed recommendations/options following failed amicable collection attempts
- Obtain full details of any dispute and fast-track to Client and/or Client Services as required
- Maintain diary notes, debt status codes, agreement functionality and workflows in accordance with procedures

A proven track record in a commercial credit control or collection’s role with a good understanding of the B2B environment and legal procedures.

Be able to clearly demonstrate the presence of core competencies with regards to:

- a team player

With specific regard to some of these competencies and in addition, the Commercial Collector must be articulate, literate & numerate with excellent keyboard skills.
