Casual Event Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for event supervisor to join our expanding team. As part of our fabulous team, you will deliver outstanding service for every event. We provide catering in many beautiful venues, stately homes, and even Castles across Aberdeen/shire, Angus and in the Central Belt. This is mostly weekend work however there are some weekday and evening shifts. Our business is predominantly weddings but we also cater corporate events, private dinners and many more.

Duties
- Overseeing event staff on the day and ensuring all set up and closing/clear up tasks arecomplete in line with standards
- Liaising with the Chef during the event
- Liaising with the venue and any relevant vendors on the event day
- Leading staff briefings
- Following the Event Run Sheet
- Occasionally attending Operations Meetings (video call)
- Report into Operations Manager

Essential
- Our clients and guests are at the heart of what we do so you will need a positiveapproachable attitude, strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a greatteam
- Attention to detail & punctuality
- Not afraid to work hard and have fun
- Access to a car/driving licence as events are at different locations and will require travel
- Must be over the age of 18 to be able to serve alcohol
- Previous hospitality experience is essential

Desirable
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Food hygiene certificate
- Personal Licence
