Meaningful Work From Day One:
The Distillery Ambassador is the face of our distilleries and brands, providing quality guest experience to those visiting Glendronach, Glenglassaugh and Benriach. This role includes hosting visits to the distilleries including conducting tours and tastings as required for all internal and external trade, media and key customers. The Distillery Ambassador will engage and build strong relationships with local trade and key customers, increasing awareness and building advocates of our brands.

What You Can Expect:
Deliver bespoke brand experiences through conducting tours of the production facilities and tasting experiences for guests visiting the malt homeplaces
- Host brand education visits for internal groups and trade visits including but not limited to distributors, media, on and off trade guests.
- Support cask selection visits and sales of Old and Rare products.
- Build and maintain relationships with key consumers and customers, creating a network of contacts
- Work with Homeplace Supervisor and Head of European Homeplaces to continue developing experiences and driving growth.
- Work collaboratively to identify opportunities and grow awareness and presence of brands and homeplaces
- Host events held at day or night and weekends/holidays as required.
- Support sales and marketing teams when required.
- Embody the brands, reflecting the brand image and eloquently deliver brand messaging.
- Identify and support the planning and execution of experiential events and activations.
- Support training to tour guides and hosts.

What You Bring To The Table:

- Must be willing to work a rotating schedule to cover a 7-day/week operation, which includes day and evening work, including holidays.
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with people at all levels including internal and external; management groups; sales, marketing and HNWI.
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure with mínimal supervision.
- Previous experience in whisky or the wider drinks industry and preferably in the hospitality sector or with luxury goods
- Must have a valid driving license
- Must be fluent in English.
