The UK and Ireland Affiliate & Partnerships Lead works closely with the trading and marketing teams to drive the strategy for growth across the Affiliate & Partnership activity, ensuring business KPI's are met.
- Job Title - Affiliate & Partnerships Lead
- Location - Bury, BL9 8RR
- Working rota - Monday to Friday, 12 month fixed term contract
- Working hours - 40hrs per week

**What you'll be doing**:

- Work closely with the Head of Affiliate & Partnerships to lead the strategy for growth alongside the network and internal teams.
- Oversee the affiliate programmes & partnerships (including the B2B gift card network & partners), setting budgets, approving marketing plans and campaigns, prioritising tasks, and monitoring performance against KPI's and the project roadmap.
- Lead regular communication with all internal and external stakeholders. Hosting and attending QBR's with key partners & the affiliate network to understand areas of opportunity and improvement.
- Analyse and report on performance to the Head of Department & trading teams, considering customer behaviour and wider market trends and using this data to prioritise.
- Ensure all marketing is aligned to the brand guidelines, legally compliant and following best practice.
- Develop commercially aligned agreements and contracts with key partners alongside the Head of Affiliate & Partnerships to support the wider business strategy. Identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring continuous optimisation of current partnerships against business KPI's and contract terms.
- Implement and deliver a project roadmap which drives innovation and continual improvement of the affiliate programmes.

**What we're looking for**:

- Experience managing multiple programmes or market.
- Experience liaising with legal and procurement teams to review publisher and third-party contracts.
- Experience managing a team.
- Proven delivery of strategy and projects that support wider business objectives.
