**The Role - Technical Coordinator (Insulation Department)**

**Salary - £30,000 + Bonuses**

**Location - Swansea Office**

Consumer Energy Solutions is a multi-award-winning company and leader in the energy market with the drive to combat Carbon emissions. We offer FREE renewable energy solutions (Solar, Air Source Heat Pumps & Insulation) to eligible homeowners across Wales and South-West England.

**The Role**:

- Help provide regular education and up to date criteria changes for your direct team
- Provide a compliantly planned install with clear instructions to follow
- Providing training and education to Technical Surveyors
- Advise and problem solve pre, live & post install
- Carry out desktop audit for each major project
- Sign off each major project before submission process
- Help provide information for monthly update bulletins on insulation criteria requirements for the wider team
- Monitor performance of Technical Surveyors
- Work with Technical Assessor to identify workforce training needs

**Your Duties**:

- Strong work ethic, morals and integrity
- Ability to understand the requirements of a full installation - criteria, technical guidance, aesthetic detail, customer service, Health & Safety
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Strong computer literacy
- Able to confidently hold discussions regarding installation process
- Find solutions to installation criteria and detail issues should
- Excellent knowledge on system specifications, ventilation & company processes

**Preferred**:

- Previous management experience
- Extensive experience within Insulation Systems
- Extensive experience within Eco
