**Purpose**
This role is to ensure landlords properties are maintained to a high standard and that issues are resolved as quickly as possible for tenants. Ensuring the property is always compliant by ensuring safety checks are carried out when required.
**Tasks to include**:
- Logging and following up maintenance issues across the property portfolio
- Liaising with landlords and tenants about costs and timescales
- Assisting tenants to self-manage maintenance where appropriate
- Liaising with and instructing contractors
- Arranging Legal safety certificates
- Checking and processing invoices
- Carrying out property inspections
- Booking viewings and general office support
**Essential Skills/Qualities**
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- IT Skills
- Organisational skills
- Attention to detail/accuracy
- Customer service skills
- Practical approach to issues
- Basic knowledge of household issues
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
